If you are ever feeling sad or lonely, speak to a person you trust! The person may be a parent, friend, mentor, or teacher. Dealing with whatever is bothering you alone will lead to bottled feelings. The problem with this is you are bound to explode. In my life, I've done this so many times. In the past when I would reach that breaking point, it would be in screaming at someone who didn't deserve that. In this way of realse never made me feel good afterwards. I would have to put my pride aside and apoolgozie to someone whose day I probably just ruined. The guilt and embarrasment would just add on to the list of other things I would hold in. Finding an effective and healthy way of speaking on how you feel is an essential aspect of growing and maturing mentally. Since my outburst days I've learned to remove myself from the cause of emotions and talk to a friend and write down my feelings.
